A Backgrounder

We partner with 9 other cities in south Orange County to form an AYSO Area with games and tournaments for some 22,000 soccer players. Our primary playing season is in the fall (August through November), with a smaller follow-on season in the spring (February through May). Generally, players must participate in the Fall season in order to play in Spring. We offer a range of programs for players of all ages and abilities. Get the details on the PLAYER PROGRAMS page. The best part: EVERYBODY PLAYS. There are no try-outs for recreational soccer, just safe, fair, and fun play. AYSO groups kids into divisions based on their age as of 31 July of the Fall season year. The AGE ELIGIBILITY CHART for 2012 identifies which age division a child will play in.From your registration fees, all players will receive a jersey, shorts, socks, picture, trophy and dedicated coaching.

Volunteering

Everyone in our regional soccer program level is a volunteer. All the administrative staff, the referees and the coaches donate their time to give the children a great experience. They are parents just like you. That means we need you too!Beyond the standard soccer-Mom / soccer-Dad fun of finding the lost gear, getting kids dressed, and transporting them to practice and games, parents play a vital part in making the behind-the-scenes processes work. Simply volunteering to do a one-day one-time job helps a lot.
